This report is from the last round of @neutralizer and @randohealer upvotes intended to counter the downvotes of the Steemit Defence League botnet powered via delegations from the @steem account creation faucet.
Pull request is being coordinated for the delegations of these malicious downvoters. Here is the current list that was compiled with assistance from @johngreenfield who also happened to be targeted. The downvoting accounts are as follows in Python list format for my coders out there:

It doesn't take much to be added to their exclusive downvote list. If you support Steem abuse fighting projects like @steemcleaners or @steemflagrewards, chances are you have already made the cut. And @camillesteemer, who we suspect to be the bot operator, really has a thing out for @berniesanders, @nextgencrypto, and @abuse reports so supporters of these will get you an in on the SDL downvote "service" as well.
Bottom line is that flagging should be used for curation purposes and not revenge for disagreeing on what others choose to vote on. That sort of behavior goes against the principles of freedom and using our stake to support the content of our choosing.
Code updates:
Post Rewards must be less than $5 SBD to qualify for healing upvotes. This is intended to reserve voting power for users that may be struggling on the platform for support that would be more susceptiable to these downvotes (however miniscule they are) as being a factor to their attrition from the platform. Just imagine if you will the effect these annoying downvotes can have on a plankton user leaving thoughtful comments on posts only to be downvoted lower down the thread before they are even seen. That could be frustrating. To high SP users, not so much.
Due to Steem-Python issues, voting operations are now conducted through beem provided by @holger80. Highly recommend this stable and very actively developed graphene based Python library for Steem.

How can you help?
Follow @neutralizer and @randohealer. This will have a two-fold effect of getting us closer to @busy.pay upvotes (which is determined by follower SP) and keep you informed of upvote reports to support and help these bots grind SP to keep up with the faucet exploitation.
Delegations. If you are on the SDL naughty list, you might as well get some positive rshares out of it. Currently, @neutralizer is a bit behind me in terms of SP so any help to balance it out would be appreciated. Goal moving forward will be for collective upvotes to exceed the dust threshold so users get payout.

I've heard about people having a hard time getting accounts created via the faucet but apparenly @camillesteemer has no problem at all.

Hi! twice recieved flags from two ugly bots. It were @ fongopot and @retierworld. They are donvoted two of my associated posts this and this for no apparent reason.

same here, what we did to get these down votes are unknown.
Followed both accounts. Quick question for the trail, do you have an estimate on how many upvotes @randohealer gives per day ?
It's variable and the process is as follows.
First, a function is run that acquires all downvotes from the accounts.
Second, from that, we then go and grab all downvoted posts to see which are active.
Lastly, the function is iniated to go through and upvote the ones that meet the criteria.
There is currently no hard limit to how many will be upvoted per cycle but try to monitor the VP and will terminate if it gets low.
IIRC it was something like 300 upvotes before I stopped it the last time.
This will change when I modify it to kick off whenever VP hits 100%, off when it hits 80% rinse and repeat.

I have a theory, I believe these accounts are automatic, kinda like how dust sweeper automatically votes posts under 3 cents. Every time I post,my posts get down voted, my comments get down votes but not as many as my posts. So these bots must have a list of people they down vote. How/what I did to get on this list is unknown, since they are not leaving comments as to what I did to deserve a down vote.
First off, please do update us when the bot is running fully automated and up to speed. I'd be happy to delegate a bit of support if needed, but I noticed both @randohealer and @neutralizer are sitting at 100% voting power at the moment and I'd hate to have any SP go to waste.
Second, I'm not the most tech savvy, so I've never gotten into submitting any info to GitHub, but if you haven't seen this here's the link to add account names to have their delegation reviewed and revoked by Steemit Inc. With the time you're putting in, it might be worthwhile to tackle the problem at both ends!

It is necessary to submit proof of abuse with the request, but I imagine the account histories, voting patterns and public SDL website are fairly conclusive.

Thinking of adding a comment function for the identify theft accounts. @soma909, @johngreenfield and myself apparently have downvote bots out there which is news to us.
My last couple posts I have been getting comments of why did you bot flag me. Maybe I'll make the function where it leaves one comment per account that was flagged by the id theft account.
I believe @flugschwein was going to get the PR knocked out but we have both been pretty engaged with getting the @steemflagrewards bot up to speed. I'll see what I can go to get the ball rolling.
Also, will let you know when I have things running full auto.
