Well embedding a video is not plagiarism (and im using this word just as loosely as you understand it). The synopsis he adds, is though. You should have focused on that, maybe people would take it seriously then.

Movietrailers is not a party to, and is violating the very reason for existence of, the agreement YT has with content producers that the armchair lawyers above thinks makes this legitimate.

The synopsis he adds would be his own, assuming he didn't cut and paste it.

He cuts and pastes the synopsis straight from imdb. Lol. And embedding a video is driving traffic to the original video. If it were plagiarism, then 99% of media websites would not exist. In fact, this has been brought up in many court cases, and has been ruled as fair use, EVERY SINGLE TIME.
