Yes, it is, but there is an EASY way to safeguard your account. POWER UP Everything! If all your SBD is converted to Steem and Powered UP, it takes a WEEK to get the first payment out and then it's only 7.7% (1/13th) of your total holdings. Within that week, one should very easily be able to turn in your account as LOST/STOLEN and get new passwords issued. Account Recovery.
