I'll definitely look into this. Do you have any articles you can point me to that can help me confirm what you're saying? I have had my suspicions so it would be nice to vote the right witnesses.

Then you can checkout all the accounts he holds and you will see he upvotes himself constantly and shifts SP back and forth between accounts. STOPHi, I have a question. Do you also deal with people stealing posts? There's a jerk stealing my friends posts and even tho steemcleaners and cheetah hit the account the person keeps doing it. Is there other way to stop that person?
