Good day, dear hivers! Is it your final week also? I'm pretty sure it's very tiring both physically and mentally. The pressure is on the lead, nervous about its outcome even if it didn't started yet. With that, stop overthinking and have a preparation with me!
Every examination brought me a lot of stress. When the last week approached and it was supposed to be our preparation because we deserved a clear state of mind before the exam day but it turns out a lot of unfinished school works and deadlines to submit. It would be very underscoring to think about all the time so instead, have a minute to stop and conceive.
As a student who valued her health not just physically but also mentally . I would preserve the last week of finals studying so that I can avoid cramping that will certainly result in a bad outcome of my examination. You should start considering this habit, it was always reminded to me by my teachers .It is a healthy and effective way to ace an exam that can contribute to a better mood and sense of accomplishment. Start it!
In this time, I mostly spend the whole week with my own company, avoiding going outside with friends because I think of it as a distraction. Encouraging not just yourself but also those people around you to stop hanging out for a while and focus more on what needs to be focused on. I find it very effective because I was able to achieve positive results during the previous exam and as a result, that's the time where I needed to celebrate together with my friends.
In order to study well, we need to make our brain function properly. I eat a lot of healthy foods, especially fruits and vegetables. This provides me with so much energy and brain activation, enough to endure long sessions of studying.
The already mentioned preparation may sometimes not be enough to build concentration. In my case, I listen to music every time I'm studying because I can easily build concentration through this. It may be optional, but it is really important to know your concentration method so that it will be easy for you to concentrate and always be motivated.
Those were my major preparation techniques for the last week of finals. It helped me a lot during those times of hopelessness, in expecting for better outcomes and pushed away disappointments.
