Academy is an internationally recognised higher education institution. Over 275,000 students are enrolled and utilise their resources. Furthermore, they have delivered their teaching programs to many large multinationals such as Coca Cola, Wal-Mart, Marriott and others.
Main Negatives
The hard cap of $50M. is on the high side. Furthermore, it's not made very clear what they will use these funds for in the future.
It's not 100% clear what each team member's role within Academy is. This is judging from their Whitepaper and Website. Furthermore, the partners that do have LinkedIn none have Academy as a project they are advising or they are part of. This might be done for legal or strategic purpose, hence I am not implying they are not part of the ICO.
