Located not far from the city center, making Ujong Blang Beach is never empty of visitors.
The beach that includes four villages namely Ujong Blang Village, Ulee Street, North West Hagu, and Hagu Tengah Subdistrict Banda Sakti is one of the oldest and most famous sea destinations in the city of Lhokseumawe.
Lhokseumawe itself comes from the word lhok which means 'in' and seumawe which means water spinning or the center of the spring.
So if interpreted Lhokseumawe means a city surrounded by water.
Ujong Blang beach stretches from the mouth of the river Cunda, District Muara Dua.
Ujong comes from the local language meaning tip and blang bermkana sawah.
The naming refers to the geographical conditions of Lhokseumawe which originally in the form of rice fields, swamps and swamps
