Alhamdulillah we say, because the sport that disunnahkan by religion began loved and became popular for the Muslims. The sport is archery (such as shooting practice or airsoft gun), riding and swimming. The question arises whether women should take part in this kind of work? Can women be taught riding and archery by a male coach? Allow the exercise process to be documented for learning and more. This question arises because women can also defend their religion, considering the cause ('illat) is emphasized this sport because it is useful for the Muslims to defend their religion. Here's a little discussion.
Rasulullah shallallahu alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
ﻛُﻞُّ ﺷَﺊْ ٍﻟَﻴْﺲَ ﻓِﻴْﻪِ ﺫِﻛْﺮُ ﺍﻟﻠﻪِ ﻓَﻬُﻮَ ﻟَﻬْﻮٌ ﻭَﻟَﻌِﺐٌ ﺇِﻻَّ ﺃَﺭْﺑَﻊٌ ﻣُﻼَﻋَﺒَﺔُ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺟُﻞِ ﺍﻣْﺮَﺃَﺗَﻪُ ﻭَﺗَﺄْﺩِﻳْﺐُ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺟُﻞِ ﻓَﺮَﺳَﻪُ ﻭَﻣَﺸْﻴُﻪُ ﺑَﻴْﻦَ ﺍﻟْﻐَﺮْﺿَﻴْﻦِ ﻭَﺗَﻌْﻠِﻴْﻢُ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺟُﻞِ ﺍﻟﺴِّﺒَﺎﺣَﺔَ
“Segala sesuatu yang tidak mengandung dzikirullah padanya maka itu adalah kesia-siaan dan main-main kecuali empat perkara: yaitu senda gurau suami dengan istrinya, melatih kuda, berlatih memanah, dan mengajarkan renang.”
Latihan olahraga menembak semisal airsoft gun termasuk dalam anjuran yang disunnahkan, karena diperkuat dalam hadits lainnya yaitu sunnah olahraga “ar-ramyu” (melempar) dan yang memamaki prinsip lemparan.
