Hi ! It seem your laptop don't find your harddrive with your OS. Try to remove all USB key, external CD Drive, ect... and reboot your laptop.
Else, access to BIOS boot menu (press F8 or F10 or F11 or F12 at startup) and try to modify boot order and put your harddrive in first position !
