Hi Stemian..
Tonight with my best friend, we enjoyed Espresso Aceh coffee in one of the coffee shops in North Aceh. Espresso is a beverage produced by extracting ground coffee beans by spraying hot water under high pressure. Espresso comes from Italian which means express or "fast" because it is made to be served immediately to the customer. In espresso there are more than six hundred components of chemicals including sugar, caffeine, protein, emulsions of coffee oil, colloids, and coffee particles in suspension with small gas bubbles. In each espresso there is a component called crema which is a golden foam consisting of oil, protein, sugar floating on the surface. Here's an Espresso sighting we're drinking.
Thank you for taking part in this months #culturevulture challenge. Good Luck.
