So, I will make this as short and succinct as possible.
ACT is offering up 1000 tokens to individuals (limit: 1000 people) who take the time to look at information based on their project.
After you review the information they provide (i.e. white paper, development team video, problem/scenario videos) you will then take a quiz. To pass this quiz and progress to the 1000 tokens you must answer 7 of the 9 questions correctly. Once this is done you enter your myethereumwallet.com account address and/or e-mail address, and then wait for the tokens to be issued and delivered.
So, to recap the requirements:
1.) Have an ethereum wallet address
2.) Follow this link: https://www.daoact.org/win-1000-act
3.) Review information
4.) Take quiz
5.) Provide your ethereum account address and/or e-mail address
*at this point you may add the ethereum address of the individual that referred you, and I would appreciate it if you used mine

Overall the ACT project looks very interesting, and I plan to follow it to see how it develops.
P.S. I completed the above quiz and submitted my information approximately 10-15 minutes ago, and at that time google docs showed that 213 people had submitted final responses to claim their tokens.
