I take him as much as I can. Last month I was in Mexico for 10 days and Canada for two weeks, and I couldn't take him, so I left him with friends in Texas.
Day to day however, I have him with me all the time. I can have him at the office, or out at the rig sites.
He's lucky then. Some pets are neglected by too many folks nowadays. If I would be more resposnible I would buy a dog tomorrow...but I know myself...and for now I don't do that.
