Unlike yesterday, the weather today was steady and it was not raining. A good opportunity for me to get the bike out of the garage and ride one of my favourite routes. Those who already know me a little bit, know which route I mean. I only say "birch road"! It stretches straight as a line over about 7 km.
The picture above shows a part of it with a one-sided birch avenue, the leaves of which have now turned autumnal. Fortunately the clouds in front of me were not as threatening as they looked. Not a single drop of rain clouded the early morning ride.
In the evening I took a walk, which unfortunately was not registered by the actifit-app. This is the first time, this happened.
Im Gegensatz zu gestern war das Wetter heute beständig und es gab keinen Regen. Eine gute Gelegenheit das Fahrrad aus der Garage zu holen und eine meiner Lieblings Routen zu fahren. Diejenigen, die ich mich schon ein wenig kennen, wissen, welche Strecke ich meine. Ich sage nur "Birkenstraße"! Sie erstreckt sich schnurgerade über ca. 7 km.
Das Bild zeigt einen Teil der Straße mit einer einseitigen Birkenallee, deren Blätter sich nun herbstlich verfärbt haben. Zum Glück waren die Wolken vor mir nicht so bedrohlich, wie sie aussahen. Kein einziger Regentropfen trübte den frühmorgendlichen Ausritt.
Am Abend hab ich noch einen Spaziergang unternommen, der allerdings von der actifit-app nicht aufgezeichnet wurde. Es ist das erste Mal, dass mir das passiert ist.

Hey, Peter. I try not to get too annoyed when the steps don’t register. But I am forever fussing with my device to be sure. If it misses, I just see it as an opportunity to have been forced to do more. This hasn’t happened in a long while though, the app has been so stable for me now.

Did you read the latest @actifit news? The newest addition on the reward-plan to convert the post-payout to tokens is a great move !
Also that actifit is anticipating the value of an AFIT token in the range of 10 cents. Let me calculate . . . how many tokens do I have ? . . . . OMG! Very nice! :-)

OMG indeed! Since I rarely am doing stuff to maximize my payout, I expect to be AFIT poor as well. You’ll just have to buy me lunch if I ever visit Germany again! Hehe

Das actifit deinen Spaziergang nicht aufgezeichnet hat scheint aber an der App selbst gelegen zu haben. @xers hatte scheinbar ähnliche Probleme. Mir selbst ist es jetzt nicht wirklich aufgefallen, nur das ich meine Postgrenze knapp verfehlt habe.
In Zukunft achte ich darauf, dass die app auch aufzeichnet, gestern hat sie sich offenbar aufgehängt. Nach Neustart der app lief wieder alles normal.
