#getinshapechallenge Post Day - 10 -
These days we experience exciting things around Steem(it). As surely most people know, the company Steemit Inc. (former owner: Ned Scott) was bought by Justin Sun, the owner of the platform TRON.
Many talked yesterday and still talk today about a hostile takeover by the 29-year-old multimillionaire, who has been buying up one social media company after another in recent years and integrating them into his empire.
It is a concern on the part of many Steemians that the face and identity of Steem or Steemit would be lost after the sale to TRON, that the Steem Blockchain would be transferred to the Tron Blockchain and that the original ecosystem of Steem(it) and its dApps with their decentralized nature would be lost.
Although all doubts about Justin Sun's intentions are still far from completely resolved, today's conversation between Justin Sun and Ned Scott on dlive has made sure that for the time being the minds can calm down.
Provided that one can believe the statements of TRON boss Justin Sun, the following should or should not happen in the near future
- Steemit will continue to operate as in the past. The development team will remain as it is. So no changes here.
- No swap at the moment, Tron Token and Steem Token remain separate
- Steem will be traded on even more exchanges.
- SMT is to be developed normally until the release, which should be soon.
- A mobile app for Steemit is being worked upon, probably with an integrated Steem wallet.
- Justin Sun wants to buy reddit. Talks are already underway.
Conclusion:
it could be a WIN-WIN situation for both platforms, especially for Steem. More accounts, greater awareness of Steem in the public and rising Steem prices.
The next weeks and months will show where the ship Steem(it) is really heading.

Wir erleben diese Tage spannende Dinge rund um Steem(it). Wie sicherlich die meisten wissen, wurde die Firma Steemit Inc. (Inhaber bisher: Ned Scott) von Justin Sun, der Inhaber der Plattform TRON aufgekauft.
Viele sprachen gestern und sprechen noch heute von einer feindlichen Übernahme durch den 29jährigen Multimillionär, der in den letzten Jahren eine social media Firma nach der anderen aufkauft und in sein Imperium integriert.
Es wird von Seiten vieler Steemians befürchtet, dass das Gesicht und die Identität von Steem bzw. Steemit nach dem Verkauf an TRON verloren gehen würde, dass die Steem Blockchain auf der Tron Blockchain transferiert werden würde und damit das ursprüngliche Ökusystem von Steem(it) und seiner dApps mit ihrer Dezentralität verloren gehen würden.
Obwohl noch lange nicht alle Zweifel über die Absichten von Justin Sun endgültig beseitigt sind, so hat das heutige Gespräch zwischen Justin Sun und Ned Scott auf dlive dafür gesorgt, dass sich die Gemüter einstweilen beruhigen können.
Vorausgesetzt man kann den Ausführungen vom TRON Chef Justin Sun Glauben schenken, dann soll in nächster Zukunft folgendes passieren bzw. nicht passieren:
- Steemit soll so weiterarbeiten wie bisher. Das Entwicklerteam bleibt bestehen wie es ist. Also hier keine Änderungen.
- Kein Swap im Moment, Tron Token und Steem Token bleiben separat
- Steem soll auf noch mehr exchanges gehandelt werden.
- SMT soll bis zum release normal weiterentwickelt werden, was bald erfolgen soll.
- Es wird an einer mobile app für Steemit gearbeitet, vermutlich mit einer integrierten Steem-Wallet.
- Justin Sun will reddit kaufen. Gespräche sind diesbezüglich bereits am Laufen.
Fazit:
es könnte eine WIN-WIN Situation für beide Plattformen werden, insbesondere für Steem. Mehr accounts, größerer Bekanntheitsgrad von Steemit und steigende Steem-Kurse.
Die nächsten Wochen und Monate werden zeigen, wohin das Schiff Steem(it) wirklich steuert.

Don't know much, but the man has lots of bad allegations about him on the news. Hope for the best.
There is a lot of rumour about Justin Sun. I think it is hard to evaluate right now what this change of management will lead us. I am overall sceptical about the whole situation. For now, we have to deal with it.

Ich bin zwar auch optimistisch, aber mit einer gehörigen Portion Skepsis, denn was wissen wir schon viel über Justin Sun. Er ist ein Marketing-Mensch, scheint sich aber im Detail hinsichtlich der Technik von Blockchain usw. nicht so gut auszukennen. Und wie Steem(it) wirklich funktioniert scheint für ihn auch ziemliches Neuland zu sein. Wir müssen abwarten, was passiert. Im Moment hat er uns mit seiner Aussage, dass bei Steemit alles beim alten bleibt, einen Beruhigungsschnuller gegeben. Aber er machte ja die wichtige Einschränkung "for now". Also eine Migration von Steem nach Tron wird nach wie vor sein ultimatives Ziel sein.
