My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2020

Here’s my report for yesterday.

I had a very productive day. I worked on door jambs for half the shift, then I worked on stiles and rails for Slimline doors. I’ll be doing more of those today.

After work I stopped at the grocery store to pick up a few things for the week.

I did a quick workout with weights when I got home. I’m focusing on strengthening my core muscles to improve my posture and prevent the back pain that I’d been experiencing lately from coming back. That situation is much better now.

I also went to bed at a reasonable time for a change. I needed that.

Anyway, that’s it for now.
