Much concentration was given to spiritual insight. Especially, in a retreat where emphasis is on spiritual life as contrast to social environment. Getting ready for the year I have to commence with close relationship with God. There was an overwhelming interest to building deeper confidence in God and healthy relationship with people. The first point was to strengthen physical body in order to keep fit. I really desire to live a balance Christian life.
