My Actifit Report Card: February 5 2020

Freedom came to my brethren when they heeded the truth of the scriptures. This was my sole duty today to lead them in a Bible series of study. They were overwhelmed by the Bible answers to their lives' situation. The scriptures provide solutions to various degrees of need and is the panacea to humanity guess for security.

I had earlier woken up to reality of today's business and began to engage actively by taking breath-in exercise and some other activities to keep fit. It was a great day being refreshed to have a balance and healthy lifestyle.
