Hi dear Steemians,
How are you all doing?
For me it was a very busy day, cleaning from the early morning, work and more work, went to the park after and for the end of the day, meal prepping for tomorrow.
So, great achievement today! I went running and I never run! I wasn't sprinting though but still I did pretty well as I am trying to get myself to run more and get in more shape that way. My boyfriend runs frequently but I never do and today he was pushing me not to quit but to just keep going. We also did a workout outside: burpees, push ups, sit ups, squats, back ups and some stretching.
After that of course, we made ourselves a good protein shake to help recover our muscles.
I was than cooking healthy for tomorrow's lunch, meal prepping became I daily routine for us as he has to travel to work so doesn't have time to come home for lunch opposed to me as I have only 5 minutes to my job 😂
