Nice I do a quick 15 minutes to 20 minutes of HITT myself after lifting. It prob counteracts the lifting a bit i'm sure but I have to say it does wonders for how I feel for the rest of the day in terms of cardio. Plus its damn quick so like you said why not! just shutup and do it :P
