@lightsplasher - I'm glad you found the Beast when it flew off into the brambles. I can see that having tracker on the Tobu really comes in handy. It's quite a challenge playing where there's not much margin for error. The only courses I've ever seen here are in parks with no undergrowth. I guess there are creeks the discs could end up in - a few of the baskets you are throwing over the creeks. Would the water harm the tracker in your Tobu disc? That was a pretty long ride for the ebike, you're sure getting your money's worth and enjoyment out of that purchase!

Usually I don't have to throw over water although there are some rivers that are close by some of the baskets on some courses. I've lost a brand new disc by throwing into a river that I did not even know was there on an unfamiliar course. I have kind of water proofed the Tobu disc by putting some electrical tape over the the holes in the cover plate on the electronics. I think these holes were intended for the speaker to sound louder. It is still pretty loud but works much better in the wet Pacific Northwest. Some discs will float but I think only three of them in my collection will. Lots of putters and discs made from Blizzard Champion plastic will float but better test that out. Yes, I'm really glad I bought the ebike. I have not ridden any of my other bikes since I bought it.
