My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2019

Got in another workout today but it was a bit of a short one:

1.3 mile run
50 squats with 40lb sandbag
50 medicine 40lb medicine ball slams
100 reps of abs

Earned all my steps via walking back and forth from work. Pic is some cookies that the gf made when I got home!
