My Actifit Report Card: June 29 2019

Today was an active day! Started my day with a brick training, combining cycling and running. Some strength training and later a 10km run 🏃🏽

Tomorrow we will have 40C degrees so I will just chill at the lake and swim 🏊🏻‍♂️
