One of those funny days, it stared out relatively steady and I was finishing a bulk roasting order and the first roast of a new Natural process El Salvador coffee. Then lunch time orders started coming in leaving us pushed to ship everything by the time the carrier came to collect.
Anyway the important orders shipped, and tomorrow is another day to clear the rest.
