지하철타고 교회가고 하루 활동하니 만보는 못채웠어도 꽤 걸었네요. 짧은거리를 반복해서 걸어다니는것도 걸음수가 많아지게 하면서 운동 효과도 있는것같습니다.
내일 더 걸어야겠습니다.
