오전에 출근할땐 지하철 퇴근할땐 도보로.. 점시간에 식사 후 산책. 이전의 생활로 돌아가고 있습니다. 조금 더 건강을 회복해서 운동도 시작 해봐야겠습니다.
전동 퀵보드도 타고 다니긴 해야하는데.
생활의 작은 변화들이 일어나고 있으니 모든것들이 좋아지리라 믿습니다.
