오늘도 도보로 출근, 퇴근 했네요. 점심을 뷔폐로 먹고, 잠시 걷고..
저녁은 회식으로 삼겹살을 많이 먹었습니다.
오늘 먹은만큼 많이 운동해야하는데 적당이 했습니다. 내장에 지방을 많이 축적이 된것같아요.
내일도 많이 걸을것 같긴 하지만 적게 먹어야겠어요.
건강을 위해 일찍 잠들어야겠습니다.
