调岗了……

来到新单位已经三个月了，在培训组学习了三个月后……我调岗了……所调的岗位是我比较熟悉，却又有点厌倦的岗位……你说我这是在作么……唉……=。=

其实也不知道这个决定对不对……而实际上也并没有什么对不对……选择而已，无论哪个岗位都也是有好有坏，选了就选了吧……

              現階段，對未來工作而言。
              固定一個機構，比固定一個崗位重要。
              固定機構，認同內裡文化後，便容易找到合適自己的崗位，繼而發揮。
