The time they spend talking and not working forces other people to do the same holding up and extending the whole day, our largest expense is man hours in baking then ingredient costs. So if they are waisting 2 hours a day talking multiply that by 8 people because we can’t go with out them starting. That’s a decent chunk of change daily!
