They told me to delete and reinstall that didn’t work so I started playing with settings in my phone and deleting other apps using tracking then reinstall again and it works 😅
Ah ok. Because I bought a new phone at the beginning of January. The Actifit application didn't run properly. I asked for help in Discord. The Actifit team helped me. The spent 2 hours with me in Discord. So, actually, I had to change some of my phone settings. So, I am very grateful to them.
