I was a bit conflicted this morning about my walk. On one hand I woke up at my normal time so I would have been able to take my route to the parks like I do on most days, but on the other hand Sunday is usually when I take my “rest day” shorter route. Instead of trying to “make up” for the shorter walks I’ve taken this week I decided to take my short walk route for two reasons. First, I figured that if my goal is to get back on track with my regular routine I should just follow that routine rather than trying to compensate for previous deviations. Second, I wanted to make sure I’d have plenty of time today to finish the crochet project I’ve been working on, because the other routine I want to get back on track with is having a crochet project I can post about on Mondays. No spoilers, but here’s a hint in the form of some yarn scraps from the project.
Solid work getting into the 5 digit range. It's all about staying consistent. Long term marathon rather than a short term sprint. Have a good finish to the week
