75 Hard Challenge!

Have you ever done it?

I hear it's more mental than anything.

Ive started this in the past.

I have never accomplished it.

I am going to try this again but I am going to change this a little.

I am going to take 1 day of only 1 workout.

I am going to eat a cheat meal on my birthday.

So what other rules will I be following.

Follow a diet.
Complete two 45-minute workouts, one of which must be outdoors.
Take a progress picture.
Drink 1 gallon of water.
Read 10 pages of a book (audiobooks not included).

Looking forward to it.

Let's see how it goes. I guess I might call this 75 semi hard. HA.
