We had a good debate at my office about this exact subject. Some guy was telling the group that he works out 3-5 days a week. Some of us called him out and said no way he works out that many times.
He proceeded to tell us that he gets at least 3 workouts in each week on the golf course.
Our first question was...
Do you take a cart???
Yes he does take a cart each time. So in my book that does not count as a workout. For me personally I love to golf. I try to go at least 1 time a week. I usually walk and count it as my workout for the day.
If I take a cart I do not count it as my workout for that day!
I would love your thoughts on this?
