I 100% prescribe to this and i have seen how working out helps me.

I spent the last few days studying this and sharing it with my kids. They were fascinated with it and have been trying to run and workout a little each day. kids rock and wanting to do what's best for them when they understand.

Adults have a harder time being convinced unfortunately.
