I am currently on the injured reserve list.
I have a pulled muscle in my rib cage and it's not great. It causing me to lose a lot of sleep and it's killing my workout schedule. I was able to go sit in the sauna today though and that was very nice, I hope to do that regularly until I am healed.

Throws you through the tough stuff every now and then.
Lucky we as humans are pretty tough and can bounce back.
I am really hoping this passes fast and that I can heal quickly.
