Today was a very busy Monday. By 5pm I had over 5000 steps counted.
After work I headed back to the gym to work off some of the soreness. It's rough after being away for a month. But no pain no gain- right.
I started today on the treadmill getting in 1.25 miles before heading over to weights. After 30 minutes on weights I thought I would spend some time on the elliptical. That thing kicked my butt. After 7 minutes I was looking for the door. My legs couldn't take anymore.
Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to get in some more gym time after work.
