This was yesterday activity didn't have a chance to post anything since my kiddo has been having a few rough days.
I decided not to run with my watch since I knew that my legs would be pretty tired after my first day of running. I ran about 3 miles and the place where I ran wasn't flat which was a bad idea. None the less I got the run in.
I need to work hard the next few weeks. I want to get into the routine of running everyday as quickly as I can.
Eventually my goal is to run a marathon under 2:40. However for my first marathon back I'll set a goal of running 2:52 and then work my way from there. Running around 2:30 soon would be amazing.
I want to start doing some yoga to help with strength but I don't know if a good way to go about this. If anyone has any suggestion that would be great!
Also if anyone has any other strength training activities to check out let me know!

Good luck with the training. Unfortunately I'm not the one to help you with advice but I'm sure you'll find someone here. @plantstoplanks?
Thanks! I'll check her out and see what I can find. Thanks!
She's a runner and personal trainer but I see she's been off the grid for a couple of weeks, which is odd.
