This morning I did an early morning run with my trail dog Ghost. My Achilles acted up again and I could only go slowly.

At least I always have great scenery here in Stellenbosch.

    Oh wow- what a beautiful place! Gorgeous photos. Sorry that your Achilles is acting up, that must be painful - hope it heals soon. Nice job on the step count. I'm thinking I'm going to have to start jogging for the first time in my life (eek!)

    Thanks, just go out and run, you won't regret it! It is so important these days to be balanced... luckily here in South Africa the weather is almost always great for a run. Up North it is tough to get out during winter times.
