a knee arthroscopy 2 days ago. that's why all my scores have been low for ages . hopefully in a couple weeks be racing past the 10ks
So that is the reason i have been able to out walk you lately. Hope it all heals quickly and fully well mate. I will let you off now as I can't call this a soft effort it was in fact a top effort from you. :)
