My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2019

Today's day out with the kids was a trip to the Botanical gardens here in Coffs. Was a crisp but sunny day, and a lovely stroll around the gardens.

Apart from the gardens, a bit of housework was it really for activity.

      Yup, some big old trees there. More colourful in summer, but still nice in winter.
