Que bueno que conocí @actifit, desde que estoy operado de las rodillas, había dejado de hacer ejercicio pero más que nada por evitar el dolor, desde que comencé a registrar la actividad física y con el incentivo del grupo de @rutablockchain promovidos por sus post en @actifit, sentí el deseo de superación personal. Gracias a @danielvehe quien nos dijo de este tremendo proyecto, y hoy logré hacer los últimos movimientos gracias a la motivación de @lenonmc21
