Physical exercise is good for health. Everyman always want physical fitness. Elements of physical fitness is walking,running, jogging and timely maditation. 4 steps is valuable for health fitness. Try always those steps everyday. Top priority is walking & running. It would be very helpful for physical fitness. It will reduce risk of stroke.
Yeah... I want to exercise everyday but can't do for sleep.
