Went on an extra long run today it was really relaxing! I’m excited it’s the weekend I had an allergic reaction this morning and had to take benedryll so I’m a little out of it and dopey today.

I am glad that you had a way to treat those allergies. You can try Chlorphenamine, it is cheaper than Benadryl ;>Running will really increase the stamina @kaylinart :D
