My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2018

Haven't posted any actifit in a while. Most days I forget to switch it on. Anyway today went to the airport in the early morning to drop off my mother. So carrying heavy suitcases is also included in this actifit score. :P

In the afternoon did some walking around but nothing too intensive.
