Today is my first day in Actifit, I haven’t been less motivated to exercises past couple months. After found Actifit I have been more excited and well motivated do more workouts and my training stuff.
Today as a first day In my Actifit I ran couple miles and did some agility exercises, even it’s cold in our side I am super duper motivated because of Actifit, I love it.
