추운 날이었지만 야외에서 걷기를 평소보다 많이 했습니다. 어제 못 채운 스탭을 보충했네요. 날씨가 갑자기 추워졌습니다. 겨울철 건강을 위해 열심히 움직이고, 마음도 밝고 따뜻하게 만들어야겠습니다.
