My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2019

I attended an hour long circuit training class at the gym. In that class, I did squats, jump up on steps, catch the exercise ball, lunges, and ran six laps on the indoor track. Afterwards, I played Pokemon Go around my neighborhood block.
