Not much different to report on my activity. I walked the dog and played disc golf in the evening with my son. It was raining part way through the game and made it harder to stay focused. I worried about slipping on wet concrete but the newer boots I bought are so much better on wet surfaces and fit my feet without being too tight. I'm glad that I got them.
Here's a few recent photos to share too.
These two pictures were taken by me with my Panasonic camera at maximum zoom through a window. I really like this little yellow birds that occasionally come by the feeder and like to visit my backyard.
Here's another view of the them I got before they flew off. Birds this size don't stick around for too long in one spot.
Here's another view of one of the areas where a large gun was placed at a Fort that I recently visited when I went camping. Google Photos has added effects to this picture:

According to my research ... Google and Wikipedia ... those little yellow birds are American Goldfinch. Looks like that was a mating pair. You got a lovely capture:):):)
Thank you! Yes, they do look like an American Goldfinch. Could be a mating pair, I was thinking that myself, however, the female looks much duller in color compared to the male from what I've read. These two are both brightly colored so my guess is that they are a couple of bros doing some male bounding, lol.
I really like those yellow birds. I dont know many of them by name. I dont recall seeing those around here. Very cool!

I do like watching the different types of birds in different areas. Some of the tropical birds are even more colorful, though I haven't seen them very often. I bet you have some cool native birds where you are at too.
Well we get Cardinals and Bluebirds and some yellow Finch. I am going to get a zoom lens if Steem ever moons!

Beautiful bird @lightsplasher and it is good to look at such colorful creatures of the trees. My brother raises love birds and the yellow ones fetches a good price.
Love those little goldfinches! Yours have a bit more of their summertime yellow plumage than mine do, but mine are beginning to turn bright yellow!

No wonder you could get a clear picture of the birds. You'll struggle to see my own birds because I used my phone camera which didn't do a great job🤣🤣🤣. Nice count by the way.
