Today I pushed myself really hard, some would say I pushed to the extreme, but I haven't yet discovered what my breaking point is yet. I Left the house early, I ran, jogged, walked, and skipped my way to the gym, there I spent hours doing every thing one could do on a workout mat, and then tried to break my body at the weights section, lmao.
They say a good day at the gym most likely makes the rest of the day good, but I wouldn't know, I spent mine in bed. After all that pain, my body just wanted to rest, regardless of what I wanted.
