I didn't realise you had a minimum weird (or even word) count for actifit. I have on occasion tried posting once a day, but ended up posting crap, so I gave up. Some weeks I struggle to get one thing up. I get loads of ideas running through my head when I'm busy doing chores, but the moment I sit down with my tablet I just don't have the energy to form words or remember what I wanted to write about anyway. I'm not even sure I could do an actifit some days...

with actifit you need 1000 steps to post and 5000 to get actifit points. so you get in 1000 steps, say something and presto one post written for the day. content? i've seen one post that just says every day, walking and walking and walking and walking etc. it doesn't get upvoted by actifit but it's still a post which people upvote
Hi @minismallholding, first off I'll like to tell you I was like you at some point in the past. I could get loads of ideas that I felt would make good writings but by the time I sat to write I keep getting stuck. The solution. I got a small book and started taking notes anytime an idea comes, I didn't necessarily write everything down, just bullet points which can help you expand on the topic. Before you know it you'll be on your way to writing great lengthy post.
On Actifit, 30 words can't be a discouragement to joining my dear because you'll always have what to say because you lived the life. I suggest you break it down to Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. "Woke up went to the office, everything went well, had rice and stew for lunch. Left for home after close of business for the day, had lunch and sent my actifit report." The sentence in quote is already 32 words. The more details you add the more entertaining you make your report to be, it could fetch you more upvote. Adding stuff like the type of food you ate or where you went for breakfast, lunch or dinner is also an added thing you could include in your post. So my dear, the actifit community is waiting for you to join because we want to hear your story while you get rewards. Cheers mate.
