Introduce me, I am a social assistant who works accompanying beneficiary families in the field. The name of the activity that I am involved in is the Family Hope Program (PKH). This program has been running from 2012 until now in 2022.
The membership update date is always changing and is always updated according to the condition of the beneficiary. The process of updating this data is called updating data.
A social assistant has an assisted duty ratio of around 300 beneficiary families. With the number of villages that I assisted were 12 villages in the sub-district where the assignment was.

As for the task of assistance that is my obligation in the field, it is to monitor and update the data on beneficiaries according to the level of both components that have the health category and household members who have the education category and the category of social welfare.
In its journey, the category of social welfare continues to be updated by the given beneficiary system. There are two types of Social Welfare Components that provide assistance to beneficiary families.
Activities Being a social assistant in the field is very diverse. The social dynamics of the life of the beneficiary community made me have to hold monthly meetings to meet and meet each other. In this group meeting, there are always socialization materials and guidance that we provide, especially those related to the category of each beneficiary.
For beneficiaries who have a Health Category, the material we provide is about how to maintain good health for toddlers and also for pregnant women. Likewise for the education category, of course, the material we provide at each meeting is about the obligation of a school-aged child to be active and regularly attend learning activities at his school with an attendance rate of 85 percent so that assistance can be provided.
Meanwhile, for the category of social welfare, it is providing assistance to beneficiary families who have an Elderly component with an age above 60 years and a Disability component. Both of these components are included in the category of Social Welfare that receives assistance from the program that I assist.
In addition to the process of providing material in each group meeting, I also made visits to the homes of the beneficiary's families to monitor the condition of the houses of the beneficiaries. Where later I will personally try to find assistance to help the recipients of this assistance get a decent house to live in.
Hopefully with this social activity I can continue to help the beneficiary families who want to be helped in the social activities that I do.
